Our Service

Healthy Hydrotherapy provide Bristol’s physiotherapy rehabilitation in warm water.

We are a friendly, highly trained team of specialist physiotherapists with extensive experience in treating people with pain and disability within hydrotherapy. We provide expertise in a relaxed, supportive environment enabling people of all ages and abilities to exercise in water, both independently and in a group setting.

We provide hydrotherapy for a wide range of medical conditions. Treatment takes place in a purpose built hydrotherapy pool based at Southmead Hospital, Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol. At 34ºC this is much warmer than your local swimming pool. We also have easy access into the hydrotherapy pool with a hoist or stairs. If you're less confident in water, you can remain in the shallow end, near the side, with your feet firmly on the ground (and still get all the benefits!).

We know how important it is to have one to one time with you to find out about your specific needs and how we can help. We strive to be open and honest with you, discussing your treatment at all stages. We want you to get better.
